My baby girl will be two at the end of this month (which doesn't seem possible). Since Adam was able to come visit the first weekend of the month we decided to celebrate her birthday a little early. L knew her party was coming and talked about it pretty much all week. She was so excited and as cute as ever as she basked in all the attention.

In the next picture I was trying to show the cute butterfly wings hanging on the gate but they didn't end up showing up very well ... look closely!
Since it is May, and Florida, we had a pool party. And the day could not have been more perfect for it.
I didn't get very many pictures of all our wonderful family and friends who came to celebrate with us, once the party starts I quit taking pictures...
The reason I chose this theme was because I wanted to make this cake, such a fun design!

When it came to presents the girl got right down to business.
And they, of course, had a great time swimming.
We ended the party with the catching of butterflies in nets (paper butterflies) ... the kids loved it.
