Valentine's Festivities

Lauralee told me a few months ago that Valentine's Day was her favorite holiday so I decided to make a big deal about it this year.  We got out our Valentine's Day Mailboxes on February 1st and I left the kids cute little Valentines and treats every morning.  I tried to leave notes telling them some of the MANY things I love about them as well.  They filled each other's boxes and ours with cards and pictures and love notes as well.  So much fun!

Here they are holding the "Puzzle Love Note" I left each of them.  They had to put it together and glue it onto the paper in order to read it :)

Here they are modeling their Valentine's Hershey Kiss Ring Bling.  Maryann found Hogan's (he was saving it) and ate it before anyone noticed.  I caught her throwing the wrapper away.  Little Stinker.

We made heart garland and Valentine's crafts...

And Adam and I prepared a big Valentine's Day morning surprise for them.  

We went to a Valentine's Day Party with Homecircle and had a wonderful day.  We are so lucky to have so many people to love.

Caroline Mallory is 4 Months Old

Did you know a baby could be THIS cute?!?!  Not to mention THIS loved?!?!  We are loving this little girl like crazy.  She is a talker.  When she wakes up in the morning I take her out to the living room and she coos and screeches and ooohs and ahhhhs.  She is giving her brother and sisters a run for their money when it comes to volume, and that's not an easy thing to do.  She is so interactive now.  Maryann is always the first one up after her and when she runs out to the living room Caroline gets so excited.  She can't help but smile when she makes eye contact with someone.  When she sees herself in the mirror she gets the biggest smile on her face.  She is always trying to eat her toes.  She is head over heels in love with Hogan, Lauralee, and Maryann....the feeling is mutual.  Her Mama and Daddy can't get enough of her.  And that's a good thing because she wants to be up and nursing every 1.5 to 2 hours at night.  She likes to hold toys and is watching everything going on around her intently.  She kind of laughs but it is a muffled laugh still.  My, oh my, this baby has our hearts.
