One, Two, and Three

Three???

Going from two kids to three kids has been a lot more challenging than I expected and so much more difficult than going from one to two.  When I look at all three of them I sometimes can't believe that they are all mine.  Mine to care for, mine to love, mine to nurture, mine to laugh with, mine to cry with... and what a huge responsibility Adam and I have to lead these beautiful children to Christ.  What a blessing we have been given.  Hogan, Lauralee, and Maryann, I love you so much and I am amazed by you each and everyday. 

Family

We have been spending lots of time with family :)  

I am so glad that this little angel is getting to know everyone.

She is the sweetest, chubbiest little baby.  Her leg rolls are to die for!!  I just can't stop hugging and squeezing her.  Ahhh...LOVE!

MK at Two and a Half Months

Maryann is growing and changing everyday.  She really enjoys tummy time (for about 5 minutes at a time) and holds her head up, smiles, and looks all around.  When she wakes up in the morning she likes to talk and smile and play for at least an hour before she decides she's ready to eat.  She has the sweetest conversations with us and always has a lot to say.  She is ALWAYS smiling and is SO close to laughing... she just does one "ha" right now.  She likes to sit up and prefers to be held that way.  When I carry her she wants to be facing out so she can see everyone.  She wakes up 3 times every night to be fed but never opens her eyes and always goes right back to sleep.  She LOVES ceiling fans and when ever she sees one she does a funny dance and gets a huge smile on her face.  She doesn't really care too much for her pacifier but I keep offering it and hoping she will change her mind.  Nap time is difficult...the only times she will nap lately are when she is being held.  She loves baths.  She loves to look at her hands and is starting to reach out and touch things and bring her hands to her mouth.  She is so cuddly, and chubby, and adorable, and sweet, and kissable, and huggable, and LOVED!

Goodbye 2011

We welcomed in 2012 with a picnic at Noni's and a cute little New Year's Eve festival in downtown Brooksville.  Luckily, we were all in bed well before midnight;)

We thank God for out greatest blessing of 2011, Maryann Katherine... Oh, how we love her!

Maryann Katherine is 7 Weeks Old

This precious baby girl is 7 weeks old and changing every day.  She only cries when she is hungry, she smiles the biggest smiles, and is looking at her hands.  

Lauralee loves having a baby sister and is taking full advantage of all the perks that come with having a baby around...

And Hogan, Lauralee and Maryann are LOVING all the time they are spending with Naomi and Elijah!

The day after Christmas we had a "Traditional Christmas Dinner" at Dan's barn.  The food was delicious and the kids had a great time running around and chasing each other.  Maryann enjoyed being held by Elle and Coy taught Hogan how to shoot his enormous Nerf gun.  :)
