When Avonlea was about a month old we switched from nursing to bottles out of necessity. And as soon as she had that first bottle we could literally see every muscle in her body relax. It turns out that she didn't have reflux and she wasn't miserable... she had just been hungry for the first month of her life. I was sad to stop nursing but so happy to finally get to enjoy our sweet Avonlea, who has turned out to be the most content little baby ever. We all love to cuddle her and hold her and kiss her and hug her. She is too cute for words!
